I stepped back for a bit — from Eclypse, from training, from the constant pressure to keep moving. With Life and athletics sometimes it can feel like a constant push to do mire, be faster. I needed to stop. I needed go deeper into the techniques I use and let go of the noise. I wanted to understand them in a way that wasn’t rushed or surface-level. And honestly… it was the best thing I could’ve done.
There’s something about giving yourself permission to pause that opens up a different kind of clarity. When you step out of the noise, even briefly, you start to see what actually matters — and what needs to evolve.
That’s where I’ve been.
And the thing that really grabbed me during that time was Time Techniques.
I’ve used them before, I’ve taught them, but taking the time to really live them, to apply them in my own life with zero distractions… that hit me differently.
These techniques aren’t hype.
They’re not wishful thinking.
They shift things at the root — fast, completely, and in ways you feel immediately.
The more I worked with them, the more I realized how much power they give you to release old patterns, old emotions, old stories you didn’t even realize you were still carrying.
And that’s what got me excited again.
Not in an over-the-top “rah-rah” way.
More like… a steady, grounded fire in my chest.
A feeling that Eclypse is about to level up because I leveled up.
Stepping back gave me space to sharpen what I do and focus on what truly matters.
Now I’m coming back with tools that hit harder, go deeper, and create the kind of change people feel in their body — not just in their mindset.
I’m excited for what’s next.
I’m excited for how this work is evolving.
And I’m especially excited to bring more of these Time Techniques into everything I’m building, because they’re a genuine game changer.
More soon.
This next phase is going to be different — in the best way.
